The Reach RS2+ builds on the success of the Reach RS2, and adds an upgraded cellular modem. The RS2+ LTE modem allows users to connect the RS2+ directly to the internet by installing a sim card in the Reach RS2+. The RS2+ is compatible with the E38 Connect Data Plan.

Carrying Case Options: Choose Individual soft case for the soft case option that is included standard with the RS2+. Choose Hard Case option for the compact Emlid Reach RS2 Hard Carrying Case.

Data Collector Options: The ReachView 3 application is available for download for free on both iOS and Android. Choose None if you will bring your own data collector and software. Choose E38 Vivid Tablet with Mount for a tablet that works in any environment. Choose one of the FieldGenius options for one perpetual license of MicroSurvey FieldGenius for Android.

Support Options: Choose email support and receive unlimited email support, along with 30 days of phone support. Choose Unlimited Phone Support for 1 year of phone support.

Built-in UHF Radio

The RS2+ includes an internal 915 Mhz UHF LoRa radio, with line of site range up to 8 km. Environment is a significant factor in the range of the LoRa radios. Obstructions may decrease the range, while some users have noted range exceeding 8 km.

Long Lasting

On a single charge, the Reach RS2+ lasts up to 22 hours, even in colder weather. When a charge is needed, the RS2+ can use a wall charger or a power bank over USB-C. Its durable design (IP67) allows it to perform in even the most inclement conditions.
