Staking Surfaces in Emlid Flow
This video will take you through the steps of importing a landXML surface into Emlid Flow and Emlid Flow 360 +Survey and staking that surface, as well as the interface variations encountered while doing so.
Step 1: File Import via Emlid Flow 360
The workflow begins in the cloud browser dashboard. Start by opening your specific Project workspace in Emlid Flow 360 and uploading your target landXML structural surface model file into the project datasets.
Step 2: Activating the Design Surface in the Field
With our project configuration pulled up live on the mobile device interface in Emlid Flow and our surface mesh fully indexed, toggle into the map screen view.
- Open the Object menu drawer at the edge of the interface panel.
- Tap on your newly imported landXML surface profile entry.
- Select the Stake out function button to activate real-time computational comparison tracking.
You can now begin walking your field layout to dynamically measure current elevation properties directly relative to your structural design surface parameters.
