- Personalized setup. E38 Survey Solutions will evaluate your needs and update your firmware and tune the settings to your application, ensuring an efficient start to your data collection
- Technical phone support (Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM EST). Gold Care users can contact E38 and speak to a representative regarding any questions you may have with the RS2 or RS+.
- No down time for repairs. E38 will provide replacement equipment if repairs are needed so customers can continue working.
