Payment

We accept credit card and Paypal payments through our payment portal.

Contact us if you would like to pay by check or Purchase Order.

Shipping Time

Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day.

Shipping Services

USA orders will be shipped via UPS.  International orders will be shipped via FedEx. 

Alternate shipping options may be available by request.

Shipping Address

Contact us immediately if a change of shipping address is needed.  If the order has already been shipped, we will work with the courier to change the destination.  This may not always be possible.  Additional courier fees may apply should the address be changed during transit.

Delivery Issues

E38 Survey Solutions may not be held responsible for any delays related to courier issues. 

While we are committed to shipping promptly, we cannot be held liable should there be order processing and fulfillment delays.

We are not responsible for any delay or delivery issue related to such customer actions such as, but not limited to, incorrect address information, incorrect contact information, or refusal to receive.

Tracking

Upon shipping the order an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address on file.  Subsequent email updates will be sent when the shipment is out for delivery, and when it is delivered.
