New and Improved Support with Anydesk

E38's support is expanding it's capability with the addition of the Anydesk software! This software will streamline your support experience so you can get back to work quickly and easily. This software is free for our customers to download from the Apple App store, Google Play Store, or the Anydesk website for help across your devices. The below steps will walk you through installation and important settings necessary for operation.

ANDROID

Step 1: Download and Install Anydesk

Step 2: Open and Complete Setup

Step 3: Install Plugin AD1

Step 4: Consent to Plugin AD1

Step 5: Activate Plugin AD1

Step 6: Give your address to E38 Support

Step 7: Accept incoming connection

Step 8: Set permission profile

 

iOS

Step 1: Download and Install Anydesk

Step 2: Give Your Address to E38 Support

Step 3: Read Warning, Type "I read this", and Accept the Connection

Step 4: Tap Accept

Step 5: Tap Start Broadcast

Computer

Step 1: Download and Install Anydesk

Step 2: Give E38 Support Your Address

Step 3: Accept and Set Permissions
