Pre-sales support
Our core business is all things geo-positioning — GNSS, total stations, drones, LiDAR, software, and more. Reach out via chat, call us, or book a meeting to conference in your team or see software live over the web.
We can also set you up with demos or rental gear, and ship anywhere in the US. If you're nearby, come by the office — or we'll come to you.
Post-sales support

Guided video training
Most customers go this route. We set up your equipment and send out videos tailored to your specific application — or create a custom video if we don't have something that fits.
Training on delivery
If you pick up gear from our office or we drop it off nearby, we're happy to spend time getting you up and running on the spot. No charge for this informal training.

We've partnered with Basemap Consulting to offer professional field training courses. Their team provides data collection and processing services daily — they know what it takes and bring deep practical knowledge to every course.

2-day hands-on course — 3-day extended option available
A 2-day hands-on course that takes participants through the entire process of using the RESEPI LiDAR system on the DJI M300. From initial setup to creating a point cloud in PCMasterPro, covering everything needed to produce quality deliverables.
Day 1
Flying legally, airspace regulations, and an introduction to RTK/PPK and Ground Control Points (GCPs). Participants learn to set up a base station, capture GCPs and LiDAR checkshots, and cover mission planning followed by a live LiDAR flight. Data is processed in PCMasterPro on-site.
Day 2
Participants run the full workflow themselves — RTK and PPK setup, GCP capture, and flying LiDAR missions with instructor guidance. Afternoon covers processing deliverables and how different workflows impact the data.
A 3-day extended class is available for those who want additional hands-on time.
Mavic + Emlid RTK Integration: Getting Started
Mission planning, RTK setup, GCPs & PPK
Designed to help users set up and operate the Mavic 3 with Emlid RTK. Topics include mission planning, RTK setup, GCPs, coordinate systems, PPK, CORS, and the data capture process.
Strong focus on accuracy — participants complete a real-world mission using RTK corrections via Florida's FPRN network, and learn how to set and use GCPs for even more precise mapping results.
