The Emlid Reach RS2 Ground Control Point (GCP) Package includes everything needed to start collecting GCPs, except an NTRIP service. Check out the NTRIP access by state page for recommendations on free or paid services in your area.
The lightweight package include a carbon fiber rod that break down to one meter segments. The carbon fiber bipod is just 6 lbs and combines with a rod to easily plumb the rod and store GCPs.
