Personalized Setup. E38 Survey Solutions will evaluate your needs and update your firmware and tune the settings to your application, ensuring a efficient start to your data collection.

Technical Phone Support. Monday – Friday between 8AM and 5PM EST, Gold Care users can contact E38 and speak to a representative regarding any questions you may have with the RS2 or RS+.

No Down Time. If your RS2 needs to be repaired, E38 will send you replacement to use while it’s in the shop so you can keep working. Overnight shipping available.
